Meet our Owner and Inspector, Brandon. Originally from New Hampshire, Brandon relocated to Virginia in 2010 because of the Navy where him and his wife continue to raise their two amazing children. Family is everything to Brandon. As his last sea duty began to approach, he couldn't stomach the idea of being apart from them again. Brandon decided to take a leap of faith and separate from the Navy to pursue a dream of owning his own company. Brandon is incredibly passionate about being a home inspector and has become so captivated with helping families gain confidence with their own dreams of owning a home. Just as he puts his family first in all things, he does the same with his clients and their families. Brandon believes he is not just another home inspector, but someone who will always have your best interest. Inspecting homes doesn't feel like work for him, it feels like his intended life's work.

Meet our Inspector, Rob. Originally from Oklahoma, Rob and his wife moved to Va Beach after he joined the military in 2005. Due to his service in the military he has moved many places and seen so much of the world!

After 19 years of serving, he has decided to hang up the boots and stay local here in Hampton Roads to be with his wife and their 3 children (15, 8 and one on the way!)

Rob is very familiar with the home buying process as his wife has been a Realtor for the last 11 years helping guide many families through the home buying process. His passion for helping others shines in his confidence, knowledge and the work he does. He looks forward to working with each of you.

Meet our Inspector, Austin. Originally from Illinois, Austin now resides in the Hampton Roads area with his beautiful wife and their two pugs. He has been in the Navy for the last 13 years establishing his professional experience as a helicopter mechanic. Aside from his military profession, Austin has always had a passion for construction, engineering and simply just 'fixing things'. As a proud homeowner himself, he enjoys being a part of other homeowners stories as they achieve their American Dream of owning a home. Whether you are a first time homebuyer or an experienced homebuyer, the process can be scary but Austin looks forward to inspecting your home and providing all the information he can to put your mind at ease.

Meet our inspector, Porter. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, he relocated to Virginia Beach in 2021 with his incredible wife and two young children. After spending over 25 years in the hospitality industry, he developed a deep passion for serving others with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Those same values are what led him to pursue a career in home inspection.

Family means everything to Porter. The decision to move to Virginia Beach was rooted in building a better life for his kids and being present for every moment they can share together. That same commitment to family is what drives him to help others protect theirs.

Porter takes great pride in delivering honest, thorough, and reliable home inspections. Helping families feel confident and informed about one of life’s biggest decisions is what fuels his work every day.

When he’s not inspecting homes, you’ll find him spending time with his family, relaxing at the beach, playing golf, or DJing professionally at local clubs and events. Whether he’s behind the decks or walking a roofline, he brings the same energy, focus, and passion to everything he does.
